This important document describes critical features in SMFSC's boundary such as values at risk, terrain and weather, vegetation/fuels, predicted fire behavior, and accessibility. It serves as the foundation for recommending projects to minimize threats to life safety, damage to structures, property, and natural resources from wildfire.

Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP)
(current draft - Spring 2023)
The CWPP proposes specific project plans for the 10,500+ acres that make up the S:MFSC area. It is meant to be a community-based plan to describe projects in three categories:
► Vegetation management
► Suppression support
► Education and communication
